Our Commitment to Child Safety
Proppz is developed and operated by Proppz, Inc. (MoMo Enterprises) and is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.
Proppz has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
These published Child Safety Standards apply to all users of the Proppz application and all related services.
Age Requirement
Proppz is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account or using Proppz, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Accounts determined to belong to individuals under the age of 18 may be removed.
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Proppz strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving:
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including sharing, uploading, requesting, storing, distributing, or promoting such content
Grooming or predatory behavior toward minors
Solicitation or exploitation of minors
Any activity that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a child
Attempts to facilitate or encourage child exploitation through any means
Violations may result in:
Immediate removal of content
Temporary or permanent account suspension
Permanent account termination
Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where required
Cooperation with law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law
In-App Reporting Mechanism
Proppz provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content and behavior directly within the application.
Reports involving child safety are reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with these Child Safety Standards.

If someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
Handling Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Proppz maintains a defined process for identifying, removing, and reporting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Upon detection or report of CSAM:
The content is immediately removed from the platform
The associated account is suspended pending investigation
The incident is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
Law enforcement agencies are notified where applicable
Legal Compliance
Proppz complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations governing the reporting and handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including applicable United States federal and state laws and mandatory reporting requirements.
Enforcement
Proppz investigates all reports involving harmful or abusive activity. Depending on the circumstances, enforcement actions may include:
Removal of violating content
Restriction or suspension of user accounts
Permanent account termination
Cooperation with lawful requests from law enforcement authorities
