This Privacy Policy applies to the current MVP version of the App.

b. User-Generated Content

In this MVP version, user-generated content is limited to:

  • Profile images

  • Profile videos

No other user posting or content uploads are enabled.

c. Social Connections

The App allows users to build an initial relationship network by connecting with other users.

This includes:

  • Promoting other users (similar to following)

  • Being promoted by other users (similar to having followers)

We store this information to display relationship connections and support discovery within the App.

d. Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • Device type and operating system

  • App usage data (such as screens viewed and basic interactions)

  • Crash logs and performance data

This information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts

  • Display user profiles and relationship connections

  • Enable users to promote and be promoted by others

  • Provide access to curated content

  • Improve app performance and stability

  • Maintain platform safety and integrity

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes in this MVP version.

All non-profile content available in the App is:

  • Uploaded and curated by the Proppz team

  • Moderated prior to publication

  • Free to access and download

Users cannot upload or publish content beyond profile media in this version.

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited information only:

  • With service providers who help operate the App (such as hosting or analytics providers)

  • When required by law or legal process

  • To protect the safety, rights, or property of Proppz or others

All third parties are required to protect user data.

7. Age Requirement

Proppz is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Proppz does not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to create accounts or use the platform. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, the account may be removed.
