Proppz Terms of Use

Welcome to Proppz. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Proppz website, platform, and related services operated by Proppz, Inc.
By accessing or using Proppz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
Proppz is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 may be removed.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your account information current.
Proppz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies.
3. Platform Participation
Proppz enables users to discover creators, express preferences, and support creators through subscription participation and other platform features.
Users agree not to:
Manipulate platform systems or metrics
Engage in fraudulent activity
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
Violation of these rules may result in account restriction or removal.
4. Creator Content
Creators retain ownership of the content they publish on Proppz.
By posting content to the platform, creators grant Proppz a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of Proppz may involve paid subscriptions or financial participation.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers or platform distribution systems. By participating in paid features, users agree to comply with applicable payment terms.
Proppz may modify or discontinue certain features or pricing structures as the platform evolves.
6. Safety and Conduct
Users must comply with Proppz safety policies, including the Child Safety & Trust Policy.
Content or behavior that threatens the safety of users or violates platform rules may result in content removal, account restriction, or permanent removal from the platform.
7. Termination
Proppz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies.
Users may also stop using the platform at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Proppz provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proppz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
Proppz may update these Terms from time to time.
When updates are made, the Effective Date will be revised. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
